How to Order

Orders can be placed by telephone, fax or email. The minimum information required for both inboard and outboard orders is detailed below. All prices are quoted in  $AUD ( Australian Dollars) and exclude freight and customs duty.

Inboard Orders - Information Required

When ordering inboard propellers we require the following MINIMUM information:- DIAMETER - PITCH - ROTATION - NUMBER OF BLADES - PROPELLER STYLE - METAL - WHETHER SUPER CUP - BORE SIZE AND TAPER. Also if a pilot bore is required, we still need to know the final shaft size to be used, so that we can ensure the hub diameter is sufficient.

Outboard Orders - Information Required

When ordering outboard propellers we require the following MINIMUM information:- MAKE AND HP OF ENGINE - DIAMETER - PITCH - ROTATION - NUMBER OF BLADES - METAL - PROPELLER STYLE. Note: Alternatively you can quote the part number from your existing propeller to ensure correct matching of new propeller.

Payment

Our terms are full prepayment prior to shipment. Payment can be made using telegraphic transfer to our bank account or by American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Bankcard. We do not accept personal cheques. For larger orders a 50% deposit at order placement may be required. 

Delivery - within Australia

Delivery options include Prepaid post, COD post, Same day intersuburban courier, Roadfreight, 3kg/5kg Airbags and Overnight Air Courier (capital city locations only). Customers may use their own courier arrangements if they provide written instructions quoting their account no. with the courier concerned.

Delivery - International

Our preferred method for international delivery is express door to door air courier using DHL Worldwide Express. Other delivery options include prepaid express airmail or consolidated door to door airfreight by Expeditors. Goods can be sent by seafreight by special arrangement however an export service charge applies to each seafreight order to cover additional documentation and wharf charges.
